JOB DESCRIPTION
*American or Green Card only*
This is a temp 2 month owner trip in the Midwest. Must be a competent cook (owner and crew) and equally happy to pitch in with stew duties and help on deck when needed. The position will run for June and July possibly a bit longer. When owner is on there will be a total crew of 4. Must have experience in a similar position and be able to show a good level of service and cooking.
