JOB DESCRIPTION
Head chef needed for an extremely busy private yacht just under 55M. Candidates must have extensive experience, longevity, ability to handle challenging owners and manage a sous chef, whilst maintaining a clean galley. The yacht will likely be based in the Islands till late Spring / early summer then return to Fort Lauderdale for a summer yard period. Cabins dictate a preference for male candidates but things can be shuffled around for any outstanding female candidates. Candidates must have experience on yachts over 45M and be comfortable managing a galley for 11-12 crew plus guests (usually low number). If non-USA candidates must have a valid B1B2 visa in place and be in a region that can fly easily into the USA or Bahamas.
