JOB DESCRIPTION
Captain team needed for a private yacht in the 40M range. The program will be largely based in the FL / Bahamas region so strong preference for candidates who have a base of sorts there. The captain must have a 500T ticket, the preferred other position is chief stew but there's flexibility there. The captain must have outstanding management and reporting ability (office, excel etc...) be able to inspire and motivate the crew and provide a fun and safe environment for the owners and guests. There are some considerable other benefits for this position including a highly competitive salary which is BOE.
