Founder of Yacht Crew International (YCI), having spent 15 years with two of the top industry brokerage houses, formed his own company in 2017. Duncan oversees the day to day operations, still actively involved in sourcing senior crew.

Erin had a highly successful career working as chief stew on yachts up to 70 / 80M including high profile yachts such as Meduse and Felix.  She has now stepped ashore and is an excellent addition to our team.

Michelle is based in Barcelona and has an impressive business background that includes an affiliation with Google and running her own business. We welcome her and are excited about Barcelona as a yachting destination.
